Have not received books that were ordered

No answer and no response. Terrible service! Nobody replied to my email. It said the book will be delivered within 3-5 business days, but they have not kept what they promised. User’s recommendation: I don’t recommend this site!

Post frustration with this company

Ordered a book on line was noted to be delivered in 3-5 days. 11 days later still no book. This book was ordered for a child’s reading club. Club meets in two days and no book. WHAT A DISAPOINMENT.

I ordered a book and you charged me for it and then you said you didnt have any of them. Please return my money to my account that you took it from User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from them until u know they have the item I want.
