Hello. I would like to share my unpleasant experience about this "communicative company". It all started with agreeing to connect the services of this company only because of the price. But already in the first weeks I found out that they are just mouth riders. Tv squares, the Internet often lost signal. Let's not talk about the phone at all. Called the service, there the guy explained that can only refuse by sending a letter by mail. I wrote - I sent. I received an invoice. As long as I had already connected to Optus, I decided not to pay for what I did not use, to expect only the amount of the termination agreement. A month passed. I received a call asking when I would pay the bill. I answered - when I receive the full amount I will pay. The next day I receive an invoice for 2 months but no cancellation amounts. I called the attendant again, there the girl in brutal intonation said that she accepts letters only in recorded form. The words of the llamas also broke out on my part, because no one had said anything like that to me before. Whatever the case, no company serves its customers in such rude intonation + interrupts all the time when the customer speaks.
