Havent received refund

I attended an event that was rained out. I was promised a refund by seatgeek however never received an email regarding the refund. Ive sent and email and have called customer support and have been completely ignored. User’s recommendation: Dont use this garbage site.

Haven’t received tickets

I’m at Bruno Mars concert and I have no scan bar on my ticket and because a seat number wasn’t assigned the box office cannot look up my ticket. WTFuck seatgeek…im literally in front of the concert with no way to enter after paying over $200 for my ticket!!

Because no one answered the phone after being on hold for an hour

I ordered my tickets the night before the event my email is correct and I can’t find them in my email I don’t want to risk going there without having the tickets in my email.

Hahaha where to begin
