Customer service does little to nothing. They just escalate the concern. No call back as promised. No status update on their automated system. User’s recommendation: Get a repair service that cares about customers.

Wrote Sears to see if their mechanic’s tool boxes are replaceable. Did not receive, even, a courtesy response. I guess it was alright for me to purchase the product new but not when it comes down to backing what you sell. User’s recommendation: Good luck hearing from Sears if you write an inquiry.

Poor service / fraud
I would like to draw attention to Statoil's disordered car wash system, One moment the car wash check was valid for a month, then after a week, it was again a month, then two weeks! Customers are not informed. If there is a change in these terms, it would only be normal if more information were also available or the seller was aware. For a specific example, I bought a detergent check 2.06 with the idea that it will still be valid for two weeks, but than that, I went to wash the car 10.06 and I am told that the coupon is not valid because As of now, he has only been working for one week.
