In July 2020 a request was made to fix our refrigerator. We got the run around for four weeks before it was repaired. They would make appointments and no one showed up…3 missed appointments total. Appliance still broke and cannot return for over 3 weeks

I waited just over 2 weeks for repair of the fridge. After the service person left, within 15 minutes the fridge started making the same noise and water stopped coming out. I paid service man and now they are billing me again. I have tried to call on several numbers and sent letters to two addresses but no response. Just a bill every month.I User’s recommendation: I will not call them again.
