I cancelled in Dec and in Jan they started to take money again. They need to stop.

I called the company in Dec ( I didn’t know they had been taking money out since Oct). So I cancelled it. Now in Jan its back taking it out again. I tried to call twice and I got no one….Maybe I will have to go to the Attorney General Office!

Not my choice of payment

My daughter 23 had my phone. She must have ordered on my phone. I did not know. My light got cutoff because they would not refund money they took that i my self didnt owe. User’s recommendation: Make sure you lock all cards on phone when allowing people to use your phone.
