I felt the customer service at this location should be addressed.

I went to get a gift card and since I had never been to Schlotzsky’s before I went inside even though I knew lobby was closed. The woman serving me was rude and sloppy. I also decided to order a sandwich to go and she didn’t bother asking me the size I wanted but just charged me... Read more ➤

I took the 22 question survey to earn 10 points on my rewards program via the Schlotzsky’s mobile app, and after I answered all the questions it said sorry you didn’t accept the terms and conditions so you won’t get any points for taking the survey. Complain about catering order and to get partial refund

Very late delivery. Messed up order. Cookie tray delivered wrong order n stale. I have contacted customer service for partial refund on the items that got messed up.
