Payment not credit in my account

I have done payment of Rs.1450. on 07may21 for my sbi credit card 4317**********8950 through my HDFC BANK NetBanking. Ref. No. N127211****46011 by NEFT. but call recieved from sbi that payment for my credit card not recieved. Please clear all the confusions with Mobile 987132****.
