Sir/Madam Yesterday 20.06.2021 I confirmed for the request by you to upgrade to SBI prime credit card over mobile call. Now I feel that I do not want SBI Prime credit card. Please cancel my request. I will like to use my existing credit card. Thank you

I have not applied any time for sbi card still called by sbi card for payment approx 30 thousand and also some amount are debited , so please checked what happens, we have no credit card of any bank .My sbi account no is 107********,branch station road Valsad, Gujrat.
The Issue is my fixed deposit are matured,but I can’t withdraw the money ,because in this fixed deposit a credit card issued by SBI ,I do not use the card. After some days card has lost.now bank said deposit mone hold it for credit card.How can I da please help me.
