Reward points reedeemption

Complaint not resolved… last 10days onwards I am trying to redemption my points at vijayawada bpcl petrol stations but they are not accepting reward points. Because of pending amount not cleared.i was tried 3 bpcl station at vijayawada but not use….all bpcl stations ……

SBI cerdit card 8342 already block but 1 July 561.86 paise my account khate h this card not required so please blocked this card Mere ko Mila hi nahin hai next time my account sa paise nhi khate chhiya User’s recommendation: Sbi cerdit card not good.
