Bolt firing pin not dropping hard enough causing miss fire

Not happy with customer service I think you need to pay the shipping both ways or pay the repair to a guns smith I take it to it’s your fire arm I bought that is faulty if you can not fix this issue I will never buy another savage fire arm ever .
