Did not arrive

Today I called Bolt at a taxi in Longsdale, the center and without any warning the taxi driver did not arrive at all. As a result, I missed work. Of course, I'm also to blame for not calling more, but this time I would have wanted you to at least give me a message that I'm not going to come to me. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this situation. I hope that these situations will not happen again in the future. I use Bolt services often.
