Timeshare Presentation Gift card denied

The $120 TruCash (www.trucash.com) gift card I was given by Sapphire Resorts as reward for spending two hours of my time at a timeshare presentation was denied in 3 grocery stores, one warehouse store, and one online shopping at Macy’s. No Phone calls answered AUTO deductions for payments made.

I have tried to contact them too many times no answer!!!! They continue to deduct payments, several each month and I cannot get assistance to explain charges. I have not been able to book reservations either. User’s recommendation: Do NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
