Poor service, can't communicate, everything is in wars
TV is in wars, the internet is jittery, can't communicate on the phone because all operators are busy and chatting can't communicate either! We have been lame and completely disgusted for several years. You have to call Optus more than your friends and always just restart, but how many can restart? Moving to another company is already an idea, because paying for something like that is terrible. You can't even enter or rewind a movie in settings. We live 40 km from Melbourne, so how can it?
