Poor representation of Samsung by support staff. Support staff have poor communication skills. No follow-through on support or acknowledgement of customer’s concerns. No empathy or concern of any kind over poor treatment of customer needing support. Unacceptable delays in responding to queries. No response within promised time frame. No attempt to apologize for the above.
