I had an online order and did not receive one of the items. I have spent hours on holds to get hung up on each time, sent emails to two different accounts I could find. I have recieved zero response and still don’t have the item I ordered. User’s recommendation: Do not order online!
I have tried to contact customer service via phone &;;;;;;;;; email with no response either way. All I need to do is get my items. This is the worst service I have ever received from ordering on line. I will never order from Sally’s Beauty again. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Can not order online all of a sudden. The system wont recognize me as a professional. I have called 3x’s no help yet!! I have 4 salons and order huge amounts of supplies .not happy

Damage
I bought my second laptop that crashes my hard drive... I can't afford to take it to AuMobile for a long time because it requires several months... Just when the pc needs more... The second computer that was purchased and crashes in 2-3 months... The first one after the warranty repair worked but very slowly, but after the actions of a private specialist it worked perfectly... Now identical same with another computer... Crashes the hard drive that the previous ones.. (2-3 months). To send to you on warranty it will take several months for that first,... Should I call without a taboo or how? I have an exam in 15 days and everything is on my computer...
