Lost freight

Lost freight SAIA has had since 10/16. Has been in Harrisburg since 10/22/20 called about freight was lost now all of a sudden it is delivered in Newark NJ 10/29/20 at 6:19 after all the calls.

Beyond pathetic

The many awful reviews of this company are 100 percent correct. Incompetent would be too generous for this bunch of idiots. SAIA mistakenly sent an $18,500 item from Memphis to Jacksonville, Florida, instead of to Knoxville, causing this fragile item to be delayed by nearly a week and potentially stolen or destroyed. I have not received my pool table yet and I got an email that it should have came October 1st and now it just says delayed. I cant find out anything about it!

I ordered a pool table September 20th and got an email it would be here October 1st. Now it just says delayed and I cannot find out anything else about it! Very disappointed User’s recommendation: Beware.
