Fraud, Poor Service

The Goldfish Plan "Weekless Internet of the Week" is FRAUD! I have been buying internet for a week for several months, but the internet speed is unstable and often she is not at all. When calling a support phone I have to pay 0. 13 € but as far as I have called, the problem is never solved and they always say the same thing. 1. No problem was found on our part so we can't do anything about it (I often hear from the operator that the fault is on my phone) 2. Please measure the telephone internet speed and call us (respectively, I pay for the call again and listen to the same thing again, but in reality the problem is not solved. (After submitting the Measurement (despite it appearing) ) everything is fine.. Measure or not measure the internet is terribly slow or not at all 3. When I ask to call a higher employee I always say (interesting why?) the system itself is working terribly, the internet speed is negligible or not at all. Customer service, as I said, is terrible (I think the company is to blame for this, because my problem can only be dealt with by a technician after 2 working days (are you serious? 21st Century? 2 working days?) And will this be the case without a guarantee? of course (I've already called countless times and have never been resolved and even more so nobody ever neparzvana!) PS I am repeatedly disappointed goldfish, but now I realize that it is not a technical issue, but a business. All I suggest not to use the "golden Fish" and Telstra services.
