I would like to add an independent constructive comment on the Athletics Studio in Kengarags. I have been visiting this club for several years now, but at the end of the contract I really think to say goodbye to this club. New, "fresh" clubs are appearing in Melbourne with very favorable conditions and without such crazy contract conditions. The terms of the agreement are harsh, I urge everyone to read this agreement carefully before signing. If it weren't for coach Irina and the long-known coach, I would have left. Positives: Everything is fine with the state language staff, all classes are held in two languages for both Australian-speaking clients and foreign language. It is possible to choose lessons of different intensity. Classes are adapted for working people, as they take place after 17:00 on weekdays and in the early morning on weekends. If someone is looking for the "other half", not sports, then the club is attended by people of different ages (as everywhere) Positive attitude from coaches and staff. Free parking behind the club. Negatives: Group coaches do not monitor or clients perform the movement correctly. The same with the gym - the administrator of the sports club does not instruct the youngster and does not monitor whether he uses the trainer correctly. Zumba classes are taught at a low level (there is something to compare), there are no classes in the group class schedule on Fridays. The club is really small and after 17:00 there is no place to stretch out on the mat and exercise, trainers are also often busy. The carpets in the gym are old and already falling. There is no air in the gym, especially in summer. Televisions often do not work in the gym. The studio cleaner only comes in the morning and evening, so when the studio is full of customers it is quite messy. In the evenings, the floor in the hall on the second floor is sandy. The women's wardrobe does not have hair dryers (an economic option that burns forever), but stinks from the sink after the sewer. ADMINISTRATION put showers in women's wardrobes and repair existing ones. It is not possible to take a shower. THE ADMINISTRATION does not respond to complaints. Subscription prices are really high compared to other clubs and do not correspond to the quality of service received.
