Non- delivery dates / unfavorable treatment
Order no. 77884xx When placing your order, it was indicated on your website that the delivery of the goods will take 5 working days + the order will be placed after payment of the invoice. On October 17, you received a confirmation that the payment has been received and the execution of the order has started. It was also announced that the order is planned to be delivered after 9 working days on 30.10.2019. Delivery dates no longer coincide with the information posted on the site, but I agree that you will say that the information is for informational purposes only :) October 29 was announced that delivery of the order is delayed, scheduled delivery 04.11.2019 On November 4, it was announced that the delivery of the order is delayed, the planned delivery is on November 6 , 2019. November 5, at At 17:27 I called 110.shop and asked if the order would be delivered. I was surprised - the operator linda, completely calmly (and also kindly, probably recently says to work there) said that the delivery status was changed to 20.11.2019. Respectively, a month and a couple of days after placing and paying for the order (I remind you - the website was indicated - within 5 days). As well as 110.shop probably already decided - what we will warn the customer, although already understood. You will say - refuse the order, get the money, go to another store! These have one small nuance - 110.shop need to receive the product in their warehouse to make sure that the product is not delivered to the customer, then they will refund the money to the specified account within 5 working days. This was my experience with 110.shop p. S. I don't know if I'll receive the order on November 20 or move it again.
