Refused to issue new card because i cant remember a phone number from 7 years ago

Rush has been holding my card for 7 month I have $1200 on it .They holding it for a phone number I had 7 years ago I don’t know what is was ,I been with them since 2013 User’s recommendation: Dont use this card to hard to receive a new card if you forget hone number.

Where is my direct deposit.

Direct deposit did not appear until Thursday 7am. It’s been deposited Wednesday night before 9pm for the last 6 months. NEVER spoke to anyone. User’s recommendation: Either leave Rush, or be patient.
