Bought a $500 trimmer, had to adjust the line about eight times by the second tank. Anyway, any products by Stihl are not able to be returned which was news to me. Just a heads up. Thought that Stihl was a better company than that. User’s recommendation: Choose a different brand.

Paid $2,600 cash for a new mower that within a week was burning oil. Company didn’t have a replacement so I requested a refund. I was told corporate headquarters would issue a check within a few days. It’s been 2 weeks and still no refund!
