Poor Service
We have been unable to disable Liva's services for 2 months. The connection is in the name of a pensioner who is asleep and cannot walk! We wrote letters to the legal address several times, but when we called, we were told that the letters had not been received. The company only sends invoices and increases the subscription fee. It's a mockery of a retiree who has been a firm customer for over 10 years. The last hope is the 2 recorded letters we have sent. We checked on the website of Australian pasts that the letters have been delivered. This time, the company will not be able to claim that the emails were not received.
