Lack of response to 2 emails

In January 2020 I requested that my auto-renewal be canceled. I received an email from Steve Rotblatt on 1/18/20 confirming that it had been canceled. Then in May I noticed that my credit card had been charged $19.95 on 5/11/20. I sent an email requesting a refund and have not received a response or a refund. rstl@***.com

I cancelled the service but my credit card still being charged.

I subscribed to send a card to my nephew. The card was not sent. I asked to cancel the subscription. The card was sent two days late. My credit card was charged after the cancelation. I need my money back. User’s recommendation: No recommendations.

Website is no longer user friendly and can’t even call the company for assistance. Really a shame!

Since you changed your website I have NOT been able to access/send cards easily!!!! It used to be very simple and now I can’t send anything!!!
