Customer Attitude

Hello! Today I took my 75-year-old mother's pensioner, disabled, to a ScandinavianBank branch in Rügen to remove the code calculator. Served by our bank employee Alice epika. The attitude is simply terrible. It would feel like a criminal who brought his mother to the bank to defraud money. Aramam is shocked by such rudeness. It felt like in Soviet times, when institutions and activities we were served by arrogant, unkind staff.
