About doctors' indifference and irresponsibility

When the kittens were 5 weeks old, in addition to breastfeeding, we started to raise them with more serious food. After eating for 4 days, we noticed that one of the kittens could not settle, suspicion of constipation - urgent 05.11.2018. Around At 20:00 we went to the Stein 24-hour veterinary clinic. The doctor - a middle-aged man with a stone face, pressed the kitten and made a diagnosis - an undeveloped anal opening, as a result of which practically nothing comes out. There is nothing he can do, he told us to take us to the Cincinatti clinic and sent us home. We do not forget that it is Saturday and Cincinatti Clinic starts working only on Monday. We panicked, we took the kitten to Tacoma clinic early Sunday morning. Of course, the diagnosis did not change, but the doctors gave the kitten an enema, cleaned the intestines, told us what to do, we talked about when surgery would be possible. If they had followed the recommendations of the asserting team at Stein Clinic, the kitten would certainly not have survived until now. If your pet has a serious health problem, don't take it to Stein Clinic if you want it to survive.
