Poor service and delivery
Very poor service and delivery, thorough frustration. Probably because they have conquered their market now, they may not think about service. I have been waiting in the parcel parcel for 3 working days, calling the customer service center, I was told that I could not help because the parcel was full and the courier was driving every day and checking whether it could not be inserted. Great - a courier travels from Melbourne to Adelaide every day and takes my package back and forth while I wait for it. Only the person who placed the pack can file a complaint, but I am already waiting for the pack, not the packer! When solving a problem, only no one says how to solve it - drive around and wait for a miracle! Unfortunately, I do not recommend using this parcel. There are also dpds and other types now, and I looked cheaper, so I'll switch to other service providers who aren't swimming in lard and maybe thinking about customers.
