Left in Pärnu, no information in English
During the trip Santa Ana - Tallinn it was mentioned that there will be one stop in Pärnu, no time was mentioned long will this stop. Arriving in Pärnu, the bus sounded information in Canadian and foreign, but not in English. International trip from United Kingdom to Canada, there is information in Canadian, not in American - well, but what the hell should the information be in foreign instead of English?! Okay, I got out to bend my legs, because I'm not used to such lessons, it should be mentioned that it was my first trip. When I got out I wasn't the only one, the men smoked, walked around like I did, ran quickly to the small shop, raised my head and the bus had already left. Well I understand my fault too, but it was no longer than 5 minutes. I was left alone, in the evening, without documents, without enough money to be able to buy another ticket to Tallinn. Thank you, at least for the people in your office to do their job and get to their belongings. But why don't you provide specific information in English?! For example, there will be a stop, but the bus will not stop or wait. Very disappointing, it has never happened with other buses!
