21. In December, a packet was placed at the address of my choice (in the parcel box). I didn't receive the code, so I called to find out what the situation was. The phone number was verified, everything matched and they promised to send a code. It didn't happen. I called then again, said the same thing again. The next day again the same... After calling after Christmas, the girl said she would ask the courier to move the package to another compartment and the sms with the code would come automatically to my number. The phone number was compared again with the one provided. 4 hours after the call, the sachet was removed from the parcel cabinet and taken away instead of being moved to another compartment. Next, after tracking the order, I realized that it was being sent back to the sender, but then it turned out that the shipment could not be delivered. Once again I called the consultants and told me that everything was fine. The lockers were full and the packet will be inserted the next time someone is empty. but today, again after the holiday, of course, the package is not placed in the locker, but is taken back to the terminal and shows that it is: closed. Again, I called to explain what was going on and said that I could not receive the shipment at the moment, etc. And will definitely mark this case and contact me (on which I have very little hope) I also sent a message about this situation to Facebook (Messenger) with the hope that it will be resolved soon, but of course the message was read and no one answered or contacted. very unfortunate that iExpress is unable to respond and respond properly in a timely manner. The package was planned to be received at Christmas, but even for the new year this situation could not be resolved. I hope to see her someday
