Next, after tracking the order, I realized that it was being sent back to the sender, but then it turned out that the shipment could not be delivered. Once again I called the consultants and told me that everything was fine. The lockers were full and the packet will be inserted the next time someone is empty. but today, again after the holiday, of course, the package is not placed in the locker, but is taken back to the terminal and shows that it is: closed. Again, I called to explain what was going on and said that I could not receive the shipment at the moment, etc. And will definitely mark this case and contact me (on which I have very little hope) I also sent a message about this situation to Facebook (Messenger) with the hope that it will be resolved soon, but of course the message was read and no one answered or contacted. very unfortunate that iExpress is unable to respond and respond properly in a timely manner.
