Poor service

Terrible service. Since the very morning I have been trying to call, no no. does not lift, does not reply to emails. As if the courier was on January 26 and I was not present, although I guarantee that no one even came to my address that day. I don't know what to do next. Anyone have any suggestions on this situation?
