Tube damage, health injury

Good evening, we were at the Liv Aquapark some time ago with friends. I rode with one of my friends through the orange tube, following all the instructions as shown in the drawings of the planer. I hit my head hard in the tube, my friend ran out of water and his whole back was lit up. The next day I went to the poe doctor, and it turned out that concussion, severe bruising and swelling of the back of the neck, I think this is not normal! Repair your pipes!
