The store manager name Tammy is so rude and disrespectful that I will never purchase any items from that Ross. She yelled at an employee because she was ringing me and it was her lunch time. Bad excuses.Rude.Ross does not care.But sales are falling.Your customers are the locals who have been shopping forever at your locations.Not the tourists who visited our cities before covid.
