Poor service
We decided to spend the holidays with the family at the open-air museum. We came from afar and had a daughter's pocket-sized dog with us. There were no problems at the box office, we bought tickets and we all went inside. After about 20 minutes, my daughter came to me and said she was threatening with the police and being driven out. This time the story is not about whether it was allowed or not allowed to enter the territory with dogs (the dog was let in and the money was collected), but about a museum employee, whose permits, without explaining anything, immediately raised his voice to a museum visitor It should be noted that we noticed several visitors arriving with their dogs, which did not bother anyone. This 20 min. During the event, security guards, police officers and other museum staff walked past us,to whom our dog was completely indifferent. If family members with four feet are once denied entry, then in my opinion these prohibitions should be visible on the website so that such situations do not occur. And if there is a misunderstanding, then the situation should be resolved without raising a rough voice. The daughter was embarrassed and did not answer anything at all. To the lady we were anxious to say - all right, we left! Have a nice holiday. We'll never bother you again.
