Handle came unsewn

Had always liked Rosette purses, this one came unsewn on one of the handles and unable to carry. I could sew it myself but it is on the inside (so the stitches would show) also I don’t have the right color of thread.

Poor workmanship on my latest handbag

My Rosetti handbag is only 8 months old and the material is tearing in two spots. I was trying to contact customer service but was passed to a website for payment of $48.00. I should get some compensation for what I paid for my purse.
