2nd time purchasher twice shy

I purchased course 1st on CD they stopped supporting. Bought 2nd version online was for 2 years. COVID-19 hit and 18 months later I’m traveling tp Peru. Customer sercvice said in my case buy a new course no supervisor call back. now lifetime for less! membership

Authorization code was deactivated

I purchase an unopened new product through Best Buy as the seller but through Ebay. Seal was intact and the activation code still had the grey stuff on it to reveal the activation code.
