Poor service, fraud

We are taking the machine for diagnostics. Said dead rear brake discs, pads. Taking it all to another service, there said that both disks and blocks are in perfect order, that nothing needs to be changed. Asking to check the alignment, we were rudely told, "There's just as much everything is finally finished, there's no point in checking!" Opposite place with criminal staff.
