Warranty repairs
Apple MacBook pro S / N CO2SR52GGVC1, due to the seller's mistake, was issued a computer with a different keyboard. 12/31/2019 the computer was exchanged for the same and the keyboard I originally requested, the computer - Apple MacBook pro S / N C17SN2HXGVC1. 1/10/2020 a fault has been detected in the computer - it does not always react to pressing (the keys that are responsible for the key's light intensity level). As a result, the computer - Apple MacBook pro S / N CO2SNDMQGVC1 - is changed 03/02/2020 A fault has been detected in the computer - the F12 key does not respond to pressing, additional force must be applied to make it work. The result is a replacement of the keyboard surface under the Apple warranty. 10/3/2020 The computer has a defect - the screen has a faded / faded pixel (white spot in the middle of the screen). As a result, the computer screen warranty is replaced. 9/30/2018 The computer has a defect - the screen has burned out again, this time in the lower right corner of the screen. As a result - the computer is in service again…. And now my observations are interesting... buy a new computer, for the full price, but use it for two months less than it spent part of the service, and it has been screwed and made more than once because important components were changed. Every time I come in with another warranty case, the sellers kindly offer me to go to the center and take it to the service center in a straight line, the last time I was told that the store does not accept more, but I turn out to be exceptional. The attitude towards the customer is, to put it mildly, no, because you will buy the difference for 300eur cheaper in the online store or none in a certified ideal store, as you think about whether it is worth it, because the warranty service is the same for them. At the moment, the computer is in service again, the pixel is faded again. I twice sent an e-mail to the sales manager with a request to consider such a case, and I did not receive a reply, I would like to believe when the CRPC court's decision will be of interest in this case and will make a decision.
