Poor service

I took out an electronic ticket to receive my order. I have a number 28, only 20 on the screen, well - I'm waiting. It was 18. 45, department opening hours until 19. 00. At 19. 00 they simply close the door and no one accepts anymore. Number 25 on the screen, me and 2 other people do not receive their mail and their time disappears because the staff is very slow.
