Not open during business hours
Today I arrived at the post office at Tallinas Street 4, Melbourne and picked up the room at 18:38. Since there was already a line, I stood outside to wait for my turn. 19:00 LP staff simply closed the door and no longer served the remaining ~ 3 people. I had arrived during LP working hours with a 22min reserve and I was given a room. It is not adequate that after waiting 22min, just locked the door. The department had 3 customer specialists, of whom only 2 were accepted and cleaned, who simply locked the door. I spent 22 minutes in vain freezing outside, I didn't receive the package on Friday, now I have to wait until Monday and can't know if I will be served on Monday, because I don't arrive at other times than 18: 00-19: 00. All just becausethat LP employees are slow and unable to organize their work.
