We have basically not had internet for the past TWO MONTHS once school got out for the summer. The best speeds possible right now at 2am is 1~2mbps. From 6am till about 10pm it is unusable. Have had continual loss of service ever since we became a customer! Not sure why? Will be looking at the new United Coop plan! User’s recommendation: Look for different service!
