They did not grade the back yard nor clean up the nails and rocks.

They have not responded to my comment. Also, when we moved in our house I submitted a list of things to be corrected in September and wasnt done until the last week in December, four months later! User’s recommendation: Check the back yard to make sure it has been properly graded.
