Fraud

I extended my credit via Internet banking yesterday, the money didn't come in until now. There was no way to spend it (internet turned off, called I was not Utml). The payment was made successfully and the money was withdrawn from the account, but the balance and all terms remained unchanged. The number was also entered correctly.
