Damaged equiptment again

After weeks of contacting Reverb, seller, and Fed-X nothing has been done about this issue of damaged equipment. I have spent hours trying to resolve the issue only to go down the rabbit hole of Reverbs frustrating and useless website.. Seller sent defective item and refused to refund.

Seller sent broken pedal and accused me of breaking it. Refused refund. No help from Reverb. Buyer beware. Buy from guitar center online in stead nationwide. You can return to local store for full refund no BS. User’s recommendation: Beware of bad merchandise.
