I connected Oceancom to the Internet 4 months ago due to an eloquent agent who convinced me that the Internet speed is relatively high and definitely better than Optus. All this time I am disappointed because the speed is no [from the bear mug, the wolf claws I ran]. Then I took and called the information service to ask what to do, that such a slow speed and it is not possible to perform basic operations without waiting half an hour before each "operation", at first I received explanations that I do not understand anything, then that my computer is not their service [the computer is new and the neighboring internet is going perfectly], plus on top of that this operator "Aigars" started yelling at me, I answered in a calm tone that I am still a service recipient, and I expect a polite attitude. We didn't get any results, because I hung up - I don't deserve such an attitude from the operator, if a person has an unstable nervous system, then, in order to look for a different kind of work, where contact with people is not necessary. As a result, I feel cheated and offended. Terrible people and terrible quality of service.
