I have had this card for 9 years and out of the blue ot stopped working. Company says my card number and phone number are invalid. Wth? Could someone there take a phone call? If I needed my existing chump change to live off of I would be screwed. Nice job (un)reliacard.
Ive been trying to call since the 7-10 business days been up. My card was mailed out June 15, 2021 and I still havent got a card and every time I call I get transferred to some other company besides ReliaCard services. This is extremely unprofessional!! User’s recommendation: 5/10.
I went to ATM to pull out $300 and the ATM took it back. I did not get the money back. Would please like my money back as soon as possible.
