Regal would not allow my complaint in their website. Bad customer service

GoThe service department is seriously in need of revamping. They make an appointment but then when you show up they cant find the appointment. I had negotiated a deal to sever all ties with regal, they were to give me a credit towards my loan and to date they have not sent the credit union any money.... Read more➤
