Fraud, poor service, misleading the customer
Very bad experience with Ideal. We were planning to buy a phone at Ideal. We wrote whether the specific model is on the spot (iPhone 12 Pro Max 256gb silver color). We were told that yes, only one customer has given up and we can safely pick up the next day to Spice Ideal. We are very happy, because this particular model is not available much now, just for sending and waiting quite a long time. The next day, Ideal answered and said that we need to collect the appropriate data in order to successfully purchase this phone. Everything is strange, we do, we wait for confirmation all day, we receive confirmation. And you know what? We lend to the store, but they don't have a phone like that at all! We have specially arranged the documents, refused other offers, dedicated our time directly to Ideal services and went to the store, where we receive nothing and poor service - “well, that's what our colleague has. We can't do anything! ”... Very bad experience! We're not getting started!
