Checked in room Saturday about 3:30 room reeked of marijuana so bad my wife and I started getting a headache, went and checked out but I don’t know if he refunded my money or not, it’s Thursday and it hasn’t shown up yet

When I did receive the call back to let her know my problem, she said she was transferring me to Guest Relations, then hung up. I went to website and Guest Relations is listed as the number above. A small company came to eat, I was one of the first to order, I didn't receive an order in 40 minutes, I had to be reminded of myself at least 3 times. The staff doesn't know what they're bringing to the table, because when they asked, they answered - I don't know, the impression is simply devastating, thank you.
