Poor service, indifferent treatment

Admittedly, I have never seen anything so irresponsible and so indifferent. This nightmare started with the fact that I learned by accident that I had become a Oceancom customer. Until now, I have been a client of Pty. Mits for more than 12 years, and I was very satisfied with the quality of service, as well as the attitude and solutions. The problems started just when I got into Oceancom's nails. It was not notified either by telephone or in writing. I have not concluded a new contract with them either, so "someone" has done it for me, because otherwise their regulations do not apply to me. For example, the fact that you have to pay for a non-existent / non-existent service for more than a month. Since the illegal takeover of customers,without warning and consent, the internet somehow still worked for a couple of months, but over time it became literally unusable. You had to wait a few minutes to open the Internet bank or read the messages in the inbox banally. Sometimes it disappeared altogether. So I was denied work from home. Of course, I started calling the specified number 27370000 to solve the problem. There I was beautifully told that I was talking nonsense (interesting rhetoric) and it can't be, because everything is old. Somehow I fooled with this non-service for several days when I called again, because now it has disappeared altogether, the red light on the router is constantly on. In order for everything to be correct, I tried everything with another router and with two additional computers - the result is the same everywhere - there is no internet... I called the specified number again, where I was told that I should call a master. When i askwhether it is a paid service, the operator replied in the affirmative without delay. As much as I didn't want to pay for a problem that wasn't caused by me, I refused and continued to "deal" with it until the internet signal disappeared again, this time completely. I called the number again, where I was informed that the master was still free. This time I agreed, because I simply no longer had a choice - because of all this, I had lost both some jobs and income. But all hopes were shattered by the fact that even after such a long call and waiting for a solution, they offered the master only after four! Days. Of course, I didn't want to wait that long, and without any guarantee that something would be solved and done at all, so without thinking I switched to another service provider,with an even cheaper monthly fee and a really quality connection. They did it the next day. I turned out to be right about Oceancom, a master came, who concluded that everything is in order on my side and the fault must be found in the attic. Of course, the idiot cantor had not taken the key from the rnp attic and this master did nothing, because he was not banal to the equipment. So again, my time is wasted, to no avail. It should be noted that before that, none of these telephone operators even talked about the need for attic keys, but the master himself said that they were taking these keys from rnp independently and for a fee. So the thing is known and worked out, but probably hoped for a miracle that the door will be open and you will be able to save money. In the final, I terminated the contract and agreed to push this one-and-a-half-month fee into Oceancom's irresponsible throat, just to finally get rid of them, because I now have internet from another service provider. But when I wanted to add Oceancom internet again, just the same, for the sake of interest - will it be fixed or not - then I concluded that everything is the same and they have not even tried to find out why their customer has not had a service for more than two weeks. he still pays. I called the number again, where I was informed that they don't know anything, but I can get a master in 5 days : ) In conclusion, I would add, dear people, if you do not want to "have to" all the time with these id... For those and nihilists, you do not want to lose job opportunities, your time and money, then very warmly recommend not to use this blowing service provider, Oceancom. I see something like this nowadays, when companies are fighting for every customer. Low quality service, terrific service, absolute indifference and irresponsibility. The huge number of complaints and dissatisfaction on the Internet, which can be measured in the hundreds, also speaks for itself. I can advise other victims of this non-cantor to apply to ptac with a submission, but the myth of customers who were not warned at all, Vdac, as well as advise their friends and acquaintances never to use this 90's level non-company.
