They left my water outside

They keep leaving my jugs outside on first floor I stay on second floor I have a buzzer with my last name on it spoke to a manager in April who stated it would never happen again and they dont even get the empty bottles disgusting User’s recommendation: I don’t have one now.

I’ve requested to Cancel contract even before first delivery was here..
